Seeking a position where I can utilize my 17+ years of experience working with ESL students to help learners improve their confidence, develop their communication tools, and cultivate their leadership skills to make them more productive members of society.

I endeavor to create a classroom environment that nurtures active learning, rewarding curiosity, learning from mistakes, and building imagination and creativity while also focusing on establishing responsibility, diligence, and independence.

I hold a Bachelor’s of Psychology degree from San Diego State University. It has helped me to relate and empathize with students and colleagues more effectively and build effective strategies for interpersonal communication.
